Executive Coaching

We partner with our executive coaching clients to identify the desired and needed areas for development and change unique to each client. We then draw upon various methods to customize a program of study, interaction and practice to bring about these outcomes in the most effective and pragmatic way. Executive Coaching engagements typically employ a customized 7-step process. While this work is often done on a one-to-one basis, coaching is sometimes enhanced by leadership work involving an entire team or work group, with added focus on one or more leaders. Coaching results include:

  • increased self-awareness;
  • more effective communication and collaboration;
  • greater capacities for strategic and innovative thinking;
  • enhancing leadership range and specific skillsets.

Robert has successfully coached leaders in situations such as:

  • New Levels of Responsibility/ Promotion (both after promotion and in required preparation for one);
  • Enhancing strategic thinking (vs. tactical planning, e.g.);
  • Specific relationship, collaboration and team challenges;
  • The requirement for increased performance and productivity – either due to competitive demands or internal goals requiring a breakthrough beyond what currently is predictable
